Great to meet you!

I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, identity exploration, and the impacts of living in a world that often asks us to disconnect from ourselves. I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals and people who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood or responsible for everyone else's needs.

I believe healing happens in the context of safety, connection, and curiosity. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, uncertain, or ready for change.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life and experiences; my role is to bring clinical expertise, compassionate support, and a fresh perspective as we work together toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and grounded in the understanding that our experiences shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each person.

Together, we may explore patterns that no longer serve you, develop tools for nervous system regulation, strengthen self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. I believe symptoms often make sense in the context of what you've lived through, and I strive to help clients understand themselves with greater curiosity rather than criticism.

I value authenticity, collaboration, and practical support. Therapy with me is not about fixing you; it's about helping you reconnect with your strengths, deepen your self-understanding, and create meaningful change in your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. We'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

I'll also ask questions about your history, relationships, strengths, and any previous experiences you've had with therapy. You don't need to have everything figured out before we meet, and there is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

My goal during our first session is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported while beginning to develop a plan for how we can move forward together. By the end of our conversation, you'll have a clearer sense of how I work and what our ongoing work together might look like.
