I work with clients in a collaborative way, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can explore their experiences and emotions openly.

The first session is all about getting to know you and beginning to build aa comfortable, trusting connection. We'll start by talking about what brought you to therapy, what's been feeling challenging, and what you'd like to to get oout of our work together. There's no pressure to share everything right away-you can to at your own pace.

Many client's leave their first session feeling relieved to have taken that first step and with a clearer sense of direction. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and hopeful that change is possible.
