Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment and without having to have everything figured out. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, grief, and other difficult seasons. I’m passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, with room for both compassion and honest reflection. I draw from evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment-informed therapy, motivational interviewing, and other interventions tailored to your individual needs. I believe understanding the why behind our patterns is important, but therapy is also about learning how to create something different. We’ll work together to identify patterns, build practical skills, and create changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you—not just what brought you to therapy, but who you are and what matters to you. We’ll talk about what’s been happening, what you’d like to be different, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what to say or where to begin; we’ll figure that out together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and clearer about where we’re headed.
