Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, and the emotional weight of long-term stress or health challenges. Many of my clients are trying to manage a lot at once, whether that is loss, chronic illness, or patterns that feel hard to break.

With over 20 years of experience, I focus on creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported, while also helping you move toward meaningful change. Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and someone who will both listen and gently challenge them when they feel stuck.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. We spend time understanding what you are going through, but we also focus on what can actually help you feel better day to day.

I will ask thoughtful questions, help you look at patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, and work with you to find new ways of coping. This is a collaborative process where we work together to make progress, not just talk about problems.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for me to understand your story and what has been weighing on you. I may ask more questions upfront so I can get a clear picture of what you are experiencing.

After that, sessions become more conversational and focused on working through challenges in a way that feels manageable. Over time, many clients feel more steady, more in control of their emotions, and better equipped to handle what life brings.
