Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I am passionate about supporting youth and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen emotional wellness, and build confidence in themselves and their future. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and focused on creating a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered.

I work with young people facing a variety of challenges, including behavioral health concerns, trauma, life transitions, family stress, and barriers related to school, community, or personal development. I believe in focusing on the whole person by helping clients develop healthy coping skills, improve communication, build resilience, and create positive goals for their future.

My approach to therapy

Through compassionate therapeutic support, I help young people recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and build the confidence needed to achieve lasting personal growth and success.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. I understand that starting therapy can feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, so I strive to make the experience approachable, respectful, and judgment-free.

During our session, I will take time to learn more about you, your experiences, your concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve through therapy. We may discuss challenges related to emotional wellness, relationships, school, work, life transitions, or other areas where you may need support.

I also focus on helping you identify your strengths, coping skills, and personal goals while explaining what the therapeutic process may look like moving forward. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered, which means we work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Through therapeutic support, I strive to help young people recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward meaningful personal growth and long-term success.
