Great to meet you!

I provide a warm, caring, and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe to express yourself openly and authentically. I work with individuals experiencing stress, relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the effects of sexual trauma. I also have experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, drawing from a range of therapeutic techniques based on your individual needs, goals, and experiences. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so we will work together to develop skills and strategies that are meaningful and useful in your everyday life.

I focus on building resilience, identifying strengths, processing difficult experiences, and creating opportunities for healing and growth. Most importantly, I want to help you build the life you want and cultivate relationships that feel healthy, supportive, and nourishing.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for you to share what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll learn more about your family, social, medical, mental health, and educational history to better understand your experiences and how they may have contributed to where you are today.

We’ll also begin identifying your goals and discussing how we can work together moving forward. My hope is that from our very first session, you feel heard, respected, and supported.
