I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor for the state of Alabama with 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life challenges. I received my Bachelor of Social Work and Masters in Counselor Education from Jacksonville State University. I received my Education Specialist in Counselor Education from the University of Alabama. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Therapy to help clients gain insight and develop effective coping strategies. I focus on a Holistic Approach (mind-body connection) and together, we will work toward setting realistic goals and making meaningful changes in your life.
