Great to meet you!

Life experience counts a lot more to me than anything you can learn in a book. I am truly honored to work with anyone suffering and in need of help. I believe in posttraumatic growth because I've experienced it. There's no point in treating trauma, mental health or addiction unless there's hope. There is. I thrive in helping my clients get back to lives that are worth living.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in mental health, military/veterans services, complex trauma and substance use. I have worked with primary mental health and co-occurring disorders. I also have extensive knowledge and experience with addiction, 12-step programs, Red Road and Conscious Recovery.

What you can expect from me

The first session is reserved for you to express your expectations and let me know what you'd ultimately like to achieve. It's the time when you can share relevant information from your life. That's how we will determine the best way to achieve your goals.. There's no cookie-cutter approach to treatment. Determining what will work best for you will be the most important aspect of our first session.
