Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Science from Northwestern. I completed my clinical residency at Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital and continued my training at Harvard during my postdoc. I’ve been practicing for over 9 years and specialize in evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, and DBT. My work is grounded in helping people connect with their strengths, clarify their values, and make meaningful changes.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, active approach to therapy. I draw from cognitive-behavioral methods and also integrate mindfulness, values-based work, and skills training to support clients in real, lasting growth. I focus on clear goals and measurable progress, but always tailor sessions to each person’s unique needs and strengths.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a structured, supportive space where we focus on building insight and taking action. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected to your values, and equipped with tools you can use in daily life. You’ll leave sessions with practical strategies, greater clarity, and a stronger sense of direction.
