Hello, I’m Teresa Vaughn-Davies, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner committed to providing thoughtful, compassionate care across the lifespan—from children as young as 8 to older adults. I offer medication management for a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and OCD. I also have a special focus on working with children with autism and individuals with intellectual disabilities. I

believe in meeting each person where they are and creating a supportive, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood.

My goal is to build strong, trusting relationships and help every individual feel informed, empowered, and actively engaged in their mental health journey.
