Great to meet you!

Dr. Teresa Webb works with individuals and families who are looking for clear answers, thoughtful guidance, and practical next steps. Sometimes that means a comprehensive evaluation. Sometimes it means therapy that gives you space to understand what you are carrying and how it is affecting your life now. Dr. Webb has worked in the mental health field for more than 15 years, with experience in therapy, psychological assessment, neuropsychological evaluation, substance use treatment, clinical supervision, and program leadership. Her work has included both direct client care and clinical oversight, giving her a broad understanding of how mental health, cognitive functioning, behavior, and life circumstances can intersect. Dr. Webb worked across multiple levels of care, including residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, outpatient therapy, anxiety treatment, and neuropsychological settings. She has served as a primary therapist, lead therapist, clinical director, neuropsychology fellow, and qualified supervisor for registered mental health counseling interns.

My approach to therapy

Dr. Webb’s approach is individualized, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that no two people come to therapy with the exact same story. She takes time to understand each client’s history, current concerns, strengths, and goals.

In therapy, Dr. Webb may draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, DBT-informed skills, exposure and response prevention, motivational interviewing, and other evidence-based approaches. The work is guided by what fits the client’s needs rather than by a one-size-fits-all plan.

Her evaluation process is also deeply personalized. Dr. Webb looks at the full picture, gathers detailed history, uses structured testing, and explains results in a way that helps clients understand what the findings mean. The goal is not just a diagnosis, but meaningful recommendations that support quality of life, treatment planning, school or work needs, and informed decision-making.

What you can expect from me

You do not have to have all the answers before reaching out. Many people begin this process with confusion, worry, or a sense that they need help making sense of what is happening. The first session is a relaxed conversation about your history, concerns, goals, and what brought you in now. Dr. Webb will ask questions to better understand your needs and answer any questions you may have.

Together, we will talk through possible next steps, which may include therapy, testing, referrals, or a more comprehensive evaluation.
