I have a professional background that has allowed me to experience a variety of settings both outpatient and inpatient. I use an eclectic approach, as no two people are exactly alike. I hold graduate degrees in both counseling and in special education specializing in behavioral disorders.

My approach to therapy targets your specific concerns and addresses them in a time sensitive and effective manner. Help is also available for life transitions, family conflict, marital problems, as well as anxiety and depression. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in assessing and developing effective treatment plans.

My clients can expect a compassionate, and straightforward manner using the most current knowledge and skills available. I seek to build trust and rapport and have a passion for removing barriers and obstacles that impede client growth and therapy. My clients can expect to learn ways to empower their lives as a foundation for solutions and therapeutic client success. At the same time, I enjoy the privilege and challenge of helping address more complicated issues.
