Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist who utilizes trauma-informed methods and cultural sensitivity to provide effective, individual psychotherapy for adults.

Currently, recovery from narcissistic abuse and partner betrayal trauma are the two most prevalent presenting issues. Clients who seek therapy usually do so because of acute stress coupled with increased anxiety and/or depression. Most clients attend therapy for 1 to 3 months and can see behavioral change and exciting growth!

My approach to therapy

I was told that I use self-disclosure with my clients in a way that keeps them from feeling negatively judged. Also, in the past, I scored high on measures of reflecting and validating during therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel validated, supported, and educated about their presenting issues. At the end of each session, my client should have a better understanding of what brought them into my office and what steps they can take to reduce their symptoms and distress.
