Great to meet you!

I enjoy helping clients heal from their trauma, whether that be from childhood or in their adult years. Whatever it may be that you are seeing me for, I like to dig into your history to see what there may be. Unhealed wounds from the past will manifest in different forms in the present.

I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and DID. We are all human and at many points throughout life need to reach out to someone for help, whether it is from friends, family, or professionals. Reaching out can be difficult and a bit scary, but rest assured you are making the right choice and taking a huge step in the right direction. We will walk through this journey together.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Techniques I often use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR certified) with some Mindfulness mixed in. These are great and very beneficial, and without a doubt will help you.

What you can expect from our first session

With each session, you will be one step further in your healing process.
