Great to meet you!

I am weird and I love it. I wear fun headbands, sometimes color my hair, and like to laugh.

I have a definitive interest in how the brain interprets and deals with crisis and trauma, as well as the role that resilience plays during those times. I have a passion for encouraging better communication, whether with others or within the self.

I am a Christian and Pastor's Wife, and it is only a part of the session to the level that my clients want.

My approach to therapy

As an integrated therapist, I am trained in various approaches and will draw on whatever evidenced-based treatment a client needs to assist their journey: CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, EFT, EMDR, CRM, MI (so many acronyms...).

Utilizing these different approaches, I love working with caregivers, first responders, training / supporting those with various TBI/cognitive concerns, and psychoeducation for everyone.

What you can expect from me

I strive to offer a judgment-free environment through the use of acceptance, good listening skills, discernment, and an unconditional love for humanity.

While I am a Christian and a Pastor's Wife, my faith only belongs in session to the level YOU want it to be. That being said, many do seek out Christian-based therapy. May I offer the love of Christ to you?
