Great to meet you!

Thank you for considering me to help you on your healing journey! With a MS in Counseling at a private university and an undergrad in psychology, I began to learn the art of therapy. My real education however began during my internship and after graduation. After an incredible internship in Christian counseling and post-grad work on the topics of guilt and shame, grief, trauma and forgiveness, my understanding of the human condition blossomed. I'm honored to share these insights with you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love working with my clients! I offer a no-judgement space where you can feel free to be vulnerable to share your struggles. My therapy style includes active listening, challenging, teaching practical skills and tools, belief work, encouragement, goal setting and solution focussed action. I empower you to use the skills and tools to change your life!

What you can expect from our first session

During our sessions you will have an opportunity to share difficult things that happened during the week. We will break them down together to understand what happened. Then a specific skill or tool will be taught to help you manage similar situations in the future. As a result of our work together you can expect the following: Better insight into yourself, stronger sense of self-worth, better interpersonal skills including healthy boundaries, mastering the art of "letting go" and more!
