Great to meet you!

I have 29 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals, couples, groups with diverse populations including community mental health, the school system, and military families. I graduated with a BA in Psychology from University of Southern Mississippi. I then obtained the Master of Science degree in Counseling from Troy State University.

I specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety, and stress as well as personal growth goals.

I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and client-centered approach utilizing solution-focused and strength- based treatment. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to help understand our thoughts and behaviors.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is providing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that encourages healing and resilience, empowering clients with practical coping skills.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I will focus on listening to your interest in therapy, your concerns and life issues. We will then explore a "blueprint" of strategies and personalize care to foster lasting positive change.
