Welcome! I am a licensed therapist specializing in individual adult therapy. For over 25 years, I have treated a wide range of people and clinical issues. I especially enjoy working with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, substance use and difficult personal interactions or may be experiencing a life transition. Because I have seen that my clients have often experienced complex trauma, I became a a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

I provide my clients with education about Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and help them identify how their thoughts influence their feelings and behaviors. Then I help them develop individualized tools to achieve the goals they want. Through the process, clients examine what caused the unhelpful thought patterns to develop and begin to heal past trauma.
