A Little Bit About Me

I have 30 years of experience counseling in corporate, church and clinical settings.

I am a strong, passionate, and grounded woman.. I am a mama to 3 beautiful daughters, grateful to be married to my best friend and soulmate. I have suffered my share of trauma from childhood, experienced the loss of twin baby boys, and struggled through emotional abuse in a 24 year marriage to a covert narcissist. Yet through my personal journey in counseling, I found the core of who I am. I became strong, courageous, and emotionally solid which led to changing my life into a full and thriving existence. I would love to help you do the same for your life!

My approach to therapy

Counseling Approach

I utilize a trauma therapy called Lifespan Integration. This modality works with your body and brain to find the source of trauma so that you can process through the painful memories to remove the triggers and trauma completely.

I also use Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) to help couples learn to communicate from their deeper emotions, as well as hearing each other while empathizing and validating feelings. Cognitive Behavioral therapy is utilized to change well-engrained maladaptive beliefs and thoughts.

What you can expect from me

We will develop a plan specifically for you, focused on: Healing trauma, removing destructive beliefs and truly finding you and your identity.
