Great to meet you!

I help teens and adults break out of painful family patterns, relationship stress, life transitions, and substance use or recovery challenges. If the same struggles keep showing up, we can slow things down and make sense of them together. I started in substance use work, then spent years with children and teens, and now work mostly with adults. I look at the bigger picture, including your relationships, background, and daily patterns, so therapy can lead to more clarity, confidence, and steadier ways forward.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, I use practical, proven approaches, including acceptance-based tools and motivational interviewing, but I never force a one-size-fits-all plan. I believe you are the expert on your life. My job is to help you tell your story and look at what matters most. Clients describe me as nonjudgmental, present, and easy to talk to.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. I’ll ask questions like, “If therapy were helping, what would feel different in your life?” so we can set goals that feel real and meaningful. I want you to leave therapy with more insight, more choice, and a clearer sense of direction. If this sounds like the support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect.
