I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25+ years of experience in various healthcare settings, I work with individuals who are dealing with stress, life transitions, depression, grief/bereavement, and chronic illnesses . I obtained a Bachelor's of Art degree in Social Work and Master's of Social Work (with a concentration in Gerontology).

My approach to therapy

When working with clients, I recognize that each client is unique. Therefore, my approach to therapy is tailored on the client's experiences and goals they have identified. My goal is to empower the client to be the change agent in the therapeutic process.
