Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, grounded, and collaborative clinician who believes therapy should feel like a safe place to breathe, reflect, and grow. My approach is warm, direct when needed, and always centered on your lived experience. I see therapy as a partnership—we work together to understand what’s happening in your life and build the tools you need to move forward!

My approach to therapy

Choosing a therapist is an important and personal decision, and my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident as you take this step.

I am a licensed behavioral health provider with training and experience in supporting individuals and families through complex emotional, relational, and life‐stage challenges.

I work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
  • Depression and low motivation
  • Parenting challenges, including supporting parents of children with ADHD or autism
  • Life transitions such as career changes, returning to work, or feeling “behind” in life
  • Relationship and marital stress, communication issues, and emotional disconnection
  • Self‐esteem, identity, and personal growth
  • Trauma‐related symptoms and emotional regulation
  • Young adults navigating independence, school, or early career decisions

What you can expect from me

Clients often describe me as easy to talk to, validating, and able to help them make sense of overwhelming situations. I focus on:

  • Understanding your story without judgment
  • Identifying patterns that may be keeping you stuck
  • Building practical coping skills
  • Strengthening emotional insight and self‐awareness
  • Supporting you through transitions, stressors, and relationship dynamics

I tailor therapy to your needs—whether you prefer structured skill‐building, open exploration, or a blend of both.

You can expect a space where you are heard, respected, and supported. I will help you clarify your goals, understand your emotions, and develop strategies that fit your life—not generic advice, but meaningful, personalized guidance.

My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you feel empowered, understood, and more connected to the version of yourself you want to be.
