Great to meet you!

Life has a way of bringing us to crossroads. You may be feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationship patterns, addictions, grief, or simply sensing that the life you're living no longer fits who you're becoming. Perhaps you've spent years taking care of everyone else and now find yourself wondering, "What about me?" I specialize in working with adults navigating life's transitions, especially midlife and beyond. I often describe this season as "middle-escence". Like adolescence, it can bring enormous change-changing relationships, aging parents, launching adult children, career shifts, retirement, health concerns, questions about identity, purpose, and meaning. While these transitions can feel unsettling, they also offer an opportunity for profound growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends psychology, neuroscience, mindfulness, and spirituality. I help clients understand how repeated thoughts and behaviors create deeply wired neural pathways that keep them feeling stuck. Rather than seeing yourself as broken or flawed, you'll begin to recognize how your mind has been operating on old patterns that once served a purpose but no longer serve the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

As you learn to relate differently to your thoughts, you'll discover that clarity, resilience, wisdom, and emotional well-being are not things you have to earn, they are qualities that already exist within you. From that place, change becomes less about fighting yourself and more about uncovering who you are beneath years of conditioning.

Whether you're facing a major life transition or simply know there has to be more than surviving each day, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we'll create a space where insight, healing and lasting change can naturally emerge.
