My approach to therapy

I work with building coping skills, processing trauma, and finding a life balance between work/major life stressors and personal self-care. My typical treatment plan consists of getting to know each other initially while also focusing on functional homework that considers what is happening in the now.

What you can expect from me

The types of treatment that I use include an integrative approach that combines treatment modalities based on individual needs. I am very calm and patient and approach therapy and interactions with a straight forward and honest approach, but in a kind and gentle way. I go at your pace and only push when necessary.
