Great to meet you!

When anxiety keeps you on edge, past experiences continue to affect your present, or your relationships leave you feeling misunderstood or disconnected, it can be difficult to know how to move forward. You may feel like you've been carrying these challenges for a long time, but healing doesn't have to happen alone. I provide virtual therapy for adults, seniors, couples, and families, helping clients find relief from anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and ADHD while also supporting concerns such as depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, stress management, grief, life transitions, cultural and identity concerns, and substance use that often become intertwined with these experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

Healing begins with understanding, not judgment. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, beliefs, and relationship patterns that have shaped your life while identifying practical strategies that help you move toward the future you want to create. You may have come to therapy because of anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or relationship difficulties, only to discover those experiences are connected to challenges like depression, grief, PTSD, stress, bipolar disorder, substance use, or major life transitions. Rather than treating each concern separately, we'll work to understand how these experiences influence one another so we can create meaningful, lasting change from the inside out. Depending on your goals, I may incorporate Strength Based Therapy to help build on your existing resilience, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process difficult experiences, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reshape unhelpful thinking patterns, Solution Focused Brief Therapy to identify practical next steps, Internal Family Systems informed approaches to better understand different parts of yourself, Gottman Method techniques to strengthen relationships, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to build psychological flexibility, or mindfulness and somatic techniques when they best support your healing.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy doesn't mean you have to know exactly where to start. During our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand your story, explore the experiences that have shaped where you are today, and create goals that reflect what healing and growth look like for you. As we continue working together, you'll have a space where you can be honest, ask difficult questions, celebrate progress, and develop practical tools that help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self awareness. My hope is that you'll leave therapy with a stronger understanding of yourself, healthier relationships, and the confidence to move forward with resilience and purpose. Whenever you're ready, I'd be honored to support you on your journey.
