Great to meet you!

My name is Terolyn Stamps and I am a board certified LCSW. I work with adults and families on challenging their beliefs systems and figuring out how to live the life they desire.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a direct but compassionate approach to treatment. I focus on your story and how it has impacted your belief systems. I like to find the root of the problem so that we can begin to plant "new trees" that are more fruitful.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that my clients leave sessions feeling heard as well as motivated to take action towards their life goals. I create an environment where clients can be themselves, vulnerable and honest. My goal is that clients will leave with a new perspective on themselves, relationships and community. I love watching clients grow and flourish into the people that they want to be rather than the person that their trauma has created.

Humorous
Energetic
