Great to meet you!

I started working in mental health in 2006 and have experience in various practice settings. Throughout the years I have worked with a wide range of concerns and symptoms. I graduated with an MSW in 2016 and started focusing on therapy. I use a collaborative approach with all clients including a person-centered view complimented with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and EMDR techniques. I work with women, children, and adolescence to provide a safe, open space to create an environment for growth, comprehension and empowerment with the intention of achieving self-actualization.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative approach with person-centered therapy complimented with support, empowerment, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing.

What you can expect from me

We will spend the first few sessions developing our therapeutic alliance. We will form a mutual understanding of your concerns and expectations for therapy as well as collaborating on treatment goals. After completing therapy, you can expect to have a newfound confidence in yourself, as well as a sense of success and a new outlook with managing situations similar to what brought you to therapy.
