Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and EMDR-trained therapist. I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, recovery, and creative blocks. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, combining practical tools with deeper therapeutic work.

My approach to therapy

EMDR is my primary modality, mostly because healing sometimes requires more than talking. As important as our stories are, the more we tell them, the greater the chance those stories can keep us in a rut. We’ll work with the emotions and nervous-system patterns beneath your difficult targets so you can respond to the present with greater flexibility and choice. Our sessions may include conversation, writing, meditation, mindfulness, creative exercises, and other experiential practices. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back and work toward feeling more freedom to step into the next phase of your growth.

What you can expect from me

We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, what feels stuck, and what you’d like to change. I’ll answer your questions about EMDR, explain how I work, and help us identify a starting point. Beginning therapy takes incredible courage, and you don’t need a polished story or clear plan—we can start wherever you are. Together, we’ll identify ways to move through the obstacles keeping you from a more deeply connected life.
