My name is Terry. As your therapist, it is my goal to see you become a better version of yourself. It is my belief that life's experiences teach us things about the world and, depending on your life experiences, you may find it challenging to function presently and would like to feel like your best self. My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma-Informed Care, and Risk Assessment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, motivational interviewing, Socratic Questioning, and a Humanistic approach to help my clients bring out the best in themselves. I like to use humor, analogies, challenging questions, and a direct approach because I think in counseling we should get to the point, and we should have fun doing it.
