I use the client-centered approach model where the client should have full autonomy to express themselves coherently and confidently during the session.

The client will be provided with a judgement/critical free place and a safe place to be open. transparent and vulnerable in every session. The client should be able to process and explore their current issues in a friendly environment that fosters developing and utilizing adequate coping skills to foster meeting their therapy goals successfully.
