Hello, I am a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy and integrative care approaches for persons across the lifespan. I specialize in treating Anxiety, OCD, depression, bipolar, Autism spectrum, insomnias, ADHD, mood and dysregulation challenges including irritability and anger, PTSD, as well as informed care for a wide range of community based Traumatic life experiences and chronic illness concerns. Perinatal mental health, developmental concerns, and alcohol and substance use disorders and treatment are also within my expertise. I have been in the healing arts and medical psychiatric practice for over 20 years serving my communities in San Francisco, Boston and Sonoma County.

Meeting each person with highest regard allows us to begin the exploration of self-actualization. I believe in an integrative approach that is suited to each individual. For some, medication may be needed, for others psychotherapy, for others plant based therapeutics, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic mindfulness coaching, or neuroscience consults to facilitate authentic and successful actualization of your goals. During consultation we will create a plan that fits your values and lifestyle.
