Great to meet you!

As we go through your journey together, I hope to help you find balance, healing, and purpose through meaningful connection and evidence-based care. I am presently offering virtual mental health care to empower adults in building coping skills and managing life's ups and downs, including symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and life transitions. Additionally, I have over 10 years of experience working with the Department of Veteran Affairs as a licensed clinical social worker.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Temple University and hold licenses in Pennsylvania, Utah, and Connecticut.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based — drawing from CBT, DBT, and solution-focused techniques to help you develop insight, resilience, and practical coping skills.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my down-to-earth style, sense of humor, and ability to create a safe space for honest conversation. I believe therapy should feel like a partnership — one where we work together to uncover what’s getting in the way and move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on creating a calm, welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported. We’ll spend time getting to know each other — discussing what brings you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what’s been getting in the way. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, strengths, and current challenges, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy and talk about what approaches might be most helpful for you. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling a bit more grounded and hopeful, with a sense that you don’t have to navigate things alone.
