Great to meet you!

I am committed to providing a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can navigate life’s challenges, foster healing, and build resilience.

Returning to school later in life was a deeply meaningful decision, guided by my passion for supporting others in their growth and well-being.

I have had the privilege of supporting middle and high school students, and adults through many different seasons of life. I offer LGBTQ+ affirming care for both teens and adults. I also provide trauma informed care.

I would be honored to hear your story and walk alongside you in your journey.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is collaborative and strength-based. Therapy doesn’t have to be all heavy lifting—there can be room for lightness, too. Even in difficult seasons, moments of humor can be part of healing. I strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself—serious moments, messy moments, and even humorous ones. I tailor my support to each person’s unique needs with care and compassion.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, review important topics like confidentiality, and begin shaping a process that reflects your unique needs and story.

My hope is to help each person recognize their inner strengths and nurture resilience, believing that hardships can provide an opportunity for personal growth and transformation.
