Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I provide telehealth therapy exclusively for adults, offering a safe, down-to-earth space where you can talk openly without judgment or pressure to “just get over it.”

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and compassionate. I draw from EMDR, cognitive-behavioral, strengths perspective and person-centered therapies to create treatment that fits your real life—not a one-size-fits-all plan. Many of my clients are adults who appear to be “holding it together” on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted on the inside.

I specialize in working with:

Trauma and PTSD• Anxiety and chronic stress• Depression and burnout• Relationship and family challenges• Life transitions, grief, and loss• Adults impacted by addiction in themselves or loved ones

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know you, not fixing everything in one hour. We’ll start with what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. I’ll ask questions to understand your history, current stressors, and what you’ve already tried. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what your “goals” are yet.

My focus is on creating a calm, respectful space where you can talk at your own pace. Together we’ll begin to clarify what’s going on beneath the surface and what kind of support would be most helpful. Over the next few sessions, we’ll shape goals that actually fit your life, whether that’s relief from anxiety, healing from trauma, improving relationships, or simply feeling more like yourself again.

You can expect me to be straightforward, compassionate, and collaborative. I won’t push you to share more than you’re ready to, and I’ll explain any approach or tool before we use it.
