Hello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I look forward to meeting you. My training in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Sam Houston State University provided the experience needed to work with individuals and in group settings.
I work with adults who are struggling with anger, anxiety, depression, trauma, and insomnia. Other areas of focus include stress-management, life-stage changes, relationship issues, self-confidence, and goal planning.
In our sessions, you are provided a safe, non-judgmental affirming and supportive space to process your emotions, thoughts, and personal experiences. Together we will navigate through difficult topics with ease to help make meaningful and positive changes using self-awareness, mindfulness, cognitive reframing, and coping strategies.
