Seeking counseling support is not an easy task; so, I appreciate your willingness to connect with me. I hold clinical experience in rehabilitation counseling and mental health counseling support. My specialty areas reflect exploring identity and role confusion, navigating fraudulence per Impostor emotions, and conflict resolution.

I am a person-centered clinician that implement the following theories based on client need: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychodynamic counseling. With an aim to reduce obstacles and/or personal challenges through empowerment, goal development, and authentic collaboration, we will establish a game plan to tackle life's many demands through individualized counseling support that will aid your mental and overall wellbeing.

Per our collaborative journey, you can expect a counselor that will not apply a "one-size-fits-all" approach and one that will meet you with empathy, compassion, and transparency. In our work together, I will confidently confront, challenge, empower you not to be "perfect", but to be honest with who and where you are, and acknowledge the spaces you hope to grow into.
