Great to meet you!

I am a culturally sensitive and highly effective psychotherapist who is focused on helping you discover and maintain a healthy balance. I am diverse in my ability to understand and identify with others and meet them where they are. Spending many years as an active-duty military wife (22+) have afforded me the opportunity to meet and work with diverse culture and ethnicities. I have a heart for working with our Military Families, Women, and Blended families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With the use of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Faith-Based Counseling, I will work with you to address issues of Trauma, Abandonment, Emotional/Physical/Sexual Abuse, Rejection, Grief, Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Adjustments, Unforgiveness, and Hurt from past relationships and difficulties.

What you can expect from our first session

I am here to help you along your journey of self-exploration and healing. I will support you in developing life skills and strategies to maneuver the sometimes difficult path of life. My goal is to assist you in addressing and/or managing your present condition. My hope is to enlighten, encourage, and empower you through everyday life situations by helping you to accept your truth, discover your authentic self, and bring light to the once dark areas hidden to you.
