Reaching out to a counselor can be scary for most. It takes a lot of courage to share and trust someone with your most intimate issues. Most people simply want to be heard, validated, and not judged, while working through their challenges. I pride myself on listening and being a guiding force to help individuals and families get to a healthy space.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Louisiana. I received my Masters of Social Work degree from Southern University at New Orleans. I am supportive, honest, nonjudgmental, and direct. My clients seem to like this approach!

I use several treatment approaches (CBT, SFBT, TF-CBT, Youth-PTSD) in supporting individuals and families. I begin where you are and tailor my approach to your needs. I have experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and individual adults struggling with daily stress, confidence/self esteem, family issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, behavioral issues, parenting, and relationship concerns.

I am here to listen and provide you with immediate and long term tools to make positive life long changes. Again, seeking therapy can be scary and vulnerable, so I work to create a safe and welcoming environment. Life can be hectic, so my goal is to help you gain clarity, stop destructive behavior, and gain insight into the struggles you bring to therapy.
