Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I believe in the potential of every person I work with, and that with the right support, meaningful change is possible.

I completed my advanced practice education through Chamberlain University and am board certified by the ANCC. I work primarily with individuals and families navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and challenges with emotional regulation or daily functioning, helping to develop treatment plans that are practical and sustainable.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. I believe in empowering patients by helping them understand their symptoms, options, and strengths, and by involving them actively in treatment decisions. I view psychiatric care as a partnership rather than a one-directional process.

I focus on careful assessment, clear communication, and treatment plans that make sense in the context of a person’s life, whether that involves school, work, family dynamics, or other responsibilities.

I believe that with the right treatment, people can experience real improvement, greater stability, meaningful growth, and lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to talk through what's been going on and begin building a clear picture together. I take the time to understand current concerns, symptom patterns, relevant medical and mental health history, and how these issues are affecting daily life at home, school, or work.

My goal is to create a space where clients feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely listened to. We discuss what has been helpful in the past, what hasn’t, and what the client or family hopes to change. By the end of the session, clients can expect clearer insight into their symptoms, as well as a treatment plan and next steps that feel realistic and manageable.
