My name is Terry-Ann Wint and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and those experiencing trauma related symptoms and reminders. I obtained my Masters degree at Fordham University and I am trained in Trauma-focused CBT and EMDR.

My approach to therapy

I am a very warm, engaging, and empathetic person and my aim is to provide people with the tools to empower themselves to feel more in control of their lives. I allow clients to establish goals and often assign exercises to increase mind/body connection. I specialize in EMDR therapy and I also utilize CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing skills, and mindfulness techniques.
