Terry Pryor

Hello Everyone! I am licensed counselor based out of Ohio, but I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA. I currently hold a license in Ohio and Pennsylvania. I received my Master’s Degree from Youngstown State University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2017. I help adults and teenagers overcome issues with Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Addictions in order to become the best versions of themselves. I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.

Everyone has a unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we’ll act as partners in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you along the way. I specialize in talk psychotherapy with a focus on Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and Relationship issues.

Your first session will be an intake session and introduction to me and my experience and credentials. I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
