Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to talk openly about relationships, intimacy, sexuality, and the harder things that are often difficult to name out loud. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My role is to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, better understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and support you in building healthier, more connected ways of relating to yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist with 10 years of experience, I help individuals and couples better understand how trauma, relationships, and past experiences shape the way they connect—with themselves, their bodies, and the people they love. My work focuses on intimacy, sexual wellness, emotional safety, and healthier relationship patterns. Together, we work to reduce shame, improve communication, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and secure in your relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in and what feels most important to focus on right now. This is a space to begin exploring concerns related to relationships, trauma, intimacy, or emotional wellbeing without pressure or judgment. You do not need to have everything figured out before we start—our first session is about getting a better understanding of what you’re carrying, what feels difficult right now, and what you’d like to feel differently moving forward.
