Great to meet you!

If you’ve found yourself stuck in the same relationship patterns, carrying the weight of trauma, or struggling to make sense of intimacy, you’re not alone. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My role is to help you understand what’s happening, why it keeps happening, and how to create change that lasts. Healing should make sense, and we’ll work together to build healthier relationships—with yourself and with others.

My approach to therapy

I’ve spent the past decade helping individuals and couples navigate trauma, relationships, intimacy, and life’s most difficult transitions. No single therapy approach is right for every person, so I tailor therapy to your story, your strengths, and your goals.

One thing you’ll notice about working with me is that I explain the “why.” I’ll help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, why certain patterns keep showing up, and how the work we’re doing connects to the life and relationships you want to build. Therapy shouldn’t feel confusing or mysterious—it should help you make sense of yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about understanding your story—not rushing to a diagnosis or a solution. We’ll identify what’s most important to you, clarify your goals, and begin creating a plan together.

You don’t have to know exactly where to start. My job is to help you make sense of the pieces, so each session feels purposeful and each step forward feels intentional. My hope is that you’ll leave each session not only feeling heard, but also with a clearer understanding of yourself and practical tools you can begin using right away.
