Great to meet you!

I provide support to adults who have learned to prioritize others' needs, while quietly setting aside their own. Guided by 20+ years of client advocacy, my current practice is helping individuals who struggle with holding everything together find balance without giving up what matters most.

My approach to therapy

Therapy offers a consistent place to step out of survival mode. We will incorporate the Cognitive Behavioral Theory to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behavior cycles, so you can move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we focus on understanding the challenges that brought you here. In this safe space, we'll also work on strategies that help you feel more grounded, clearer about what matters, and able to carry your responsibilities in a sustainable way.
