Great to meet you!

I’m a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience across acute care, primary care, urgent care, and school-based health. As a healthcare leader and Chief Nursing Officer, I’ve worked to expand access to care in underserved communities and bring innovative, patient-centered solutions to both medical and mental health needs. I’m passionate about meeting people where they are, providing compassionate, evidence-based care, and helping clients build sustainable paths toward improved well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I take the time to understand your full story—your symptoms, lifestyle, and personal goals—so we can create a treatment plan that truly fits your needs. I integrate evidence-based practices with a compassionate, nonjudgmental style, and I emphasize education so you feel informed and empowered in your care. Whether we’re addressing mental health concerns, chronic conditions, or life stressors, I focus on practical, sustainable strategies that support long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where we focus on getting to know you. We’ll review your history, current concerns, and what’s been working or not working for you. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and outline a personalized plan for care. My priority is to make you feel heard, comfortable, and confident about next steps, so you leave with clarity and a path forward.
