Great to meet you!

I find it is important to build a strong therapeutic relationship built upon trust, empathy, and compassion. I am here to offer an inclusive, non-judgmental, safe space where you feel comfortable to explore areas of your life that feel complex or troubling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic. I do not believe in a "one size fits all" modality. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, ACT, Emotionally focused therapy, IFS principles, and a variety of other therapies. My approach aims to empower you to discover or reconnect with your true self and work through any challenges in your way. Together we can come up with the tools to meet your therapeutic needs.

What you can expect from me

I focus on assisting clients to feel empowered to feel their emotions, process painful experiences, gain tools to understand their needs, and work towards lasting healing in their lives.
