Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working primarily with women and young adults navigating depression, anxiety and a wide range of emotional and life challenges. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck or simply not like yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect and begin to feel better.

My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive and nonjudgmental environment where you can show up exactly as you are. In our first few sessions, you can expect some “getting to know you” questions so I can better understand your experiences, goals and what brings you to therapy. There’s no pressure to dive into the hardest topics right away—but when you’re ready, I’m here with you.

What makes my practice unique is the balance I strive for between warmth and meaningful work. I aim to meet you where you are while also helping you move toward growth, clarity and lasting change.

I’m passionate about this work because I genuinely love helping people feel better and build full, happy and authentic lives. Reaching out for support is a powerful first step and I’d be honored to be part of your journey.

What you can expect from me
