Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am a clinical, health, and sport psychologist with experience working with individuals from diverse identities and lived experiences. If you're seeking support to better understand your gender, sexuality, or relationship identity, process past trauma, navigate medical or sexual health concerns, manage substance use, or improve your sex or relationship functioning, I’m here to help. I also offer sport/mental performance consultation, executive coaching, and guidance for individuals looking to explore their sociopolitical identity and place in society.

My approach to therapy

Looking to improve your sport/mental performance? Better understand your gender, sexuality, or relationship identity? Process a history of trauma? Our stories are our greatest power, and yet, can be difficult to share. Presenting concerns I work with include trauma/PTSD, addiction, sex, masculinity, and sport/mental performance. I also specialize in working with athletes, performers, healthcare and business professionals/executives, BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and ENM populations.

What you can expect from me

I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, affirming, and trauma-informed space for clients from all walks of life and identities. If you're unsure whether we'd be a good fit, feel free to reach out with any questions you may have—I’m here to help.
