Great to meet you!

Currently accepting summer 2026 clients for short-term therapy. Some availability for longer term clients.

As a therapist, I want to make the task of being human a little bit easier. Through presence, dialogue, humor, and compassion, I help my clients step more fully into their own lives.

I have training in general counseling practices, alternative education, Gestalt therapy (3 year training program), Nonviolent Communication, and improvisational comedy and performance.

I believe social location (race, gender, class, dis/ability, etc) have profound affects on our experience of the world, and I welcome discussions it.

My approach to therapy

My style has been described as direct, playful, and creative. Depending on the session, I may be a witness to your experience, a collaborator in problem-solving, an observer of an entrenched situation who offers new perspectives, and/or a coach who guides you through new stories and possibilities. Always, I tend to your experience and needs.

What you can expect from me

We will talk about your therapy history (if any), goals for therapy, and what's currently alive in you (emotions, thoughts, worries, etc). I'll also share my practice policies regarding lateness, missing a session, and communication.
