Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for 9 years. My range of experience includes residential treatment programs for troubled teens, intensive outpatient, and community mental health. I received my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Syracuse University. I have specialized training for trauma, anxiety, and attachment, depression, family systems, addiction, and perinatal and postpartum.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I love working with all ages, ethnicities, cultures, and diversity. I have focused primarily work with teens and youth, but enjoy all ages. Therapy is a space for individuals to find their own story, the hidden pieces of themselves, and develop understanding. As long as clients come with the intention of healing, growth, and understanding, I'd love to be one to help.

What you can expect from our first session

I am a believer that we are a product of our experiences but are not defined by them. We can work through traumas, learn from experiences, and develop beyond them. I hope to help clients find the hidden pieces in themselves to add to their sense of well being, understanding of who they are, and happiness. My goal is to allow a safe, non-judgmental space. I want clients to take away self developed insight and perspectives to incorporate, per their choice, into their lives.
