Great to meet you!

Life can be challenging, and things do not always go as planned. Whether you are navigating life transitions, personal struggles, emotional pain, relationship challenges, or rediscovering yourself, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect. I believe that life may not always offer a clear solution, but there is often another way forward, another source of hope, or another window to open.

As an immigrant and as a human being, I understand that adapting to a new environment can bring both emotional and practical challenges. Settling into a different culture, rebuilding a sense of belonging, finding your voice, and staying connected to your identity can be deeply meaningful and sometimes difficult. I hope to provide a safe and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered as you explore your experiences and move toward healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

I have cultivated a strong understanding of mental health disorders through my training and experience. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, complemented by a trauma-informed perspective. I believe in the importance of fostering a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment that encourages clients to explore their personal experiences openly.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin the journey of building a therapeutic relationship together. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected.

We will spend time getting to know each other, exploring what brings you to therapy, and gaining a better understanding of your life experiences, current challenges, strengths, and hopes for therapy. We will also talk about your goals and the purpose of our work together, so we can begin creating a direction that feels meaningful and helpful to you.

The first session is not about having everything figured out. It is a starting point for us to understand where you are, what you need, and how therapy can best support you.
